Gabriela Azar Rubagotti, is a Dominican architect and multidisciplinary creative currently based in Italy. Obtained her BA in architecture at Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and her MA at Istituto Marangoni in Milan, Italy. 

Through the years she has developed interests and experience in several creative fields such as architecture, interior design, fashion, digital and visual arts. 

Her contemporary art pieces are romantic, delicate and impactful. Each piece represents her fascination for natural elements, her Caribbean roots and personal experiences in an expressive manner. The artist integrates knowledge in different artistic and creative fields such as architecture and design to generate texture, depth, color, movement and expression that together form the unique composition of each work.
